Aeronaut is partnering with British platform Generation W to host an exclusive screening of Worldwide on Thursday 30th July.
Every advance ticket includes a free digital copy of the new Worldwide book by Generation W, interviewing 20 women in music across every continent. (You will receive a code in email upon purchase)
The film
Filmed over five years, Worldwide follows the evolution of Generation W from an online festival connecting 50 women across 20 countries during the 2020 pandemic to an international live music platform that has presented more than 100 independent women in music at iconic venues in London, Paris, Copenhagen, New York, Los Angeles, Belfast and beyond.
The documentary is directed by British filmmaker Nick Donnelly, whose previous films have interviewed US musicians who have sold over 100 million records.
Watch never before seen footage of artists from India, USA, Africa, South America and Asia taking to the international stage for the first time after lockdown, while going behind the scenes of a new generation of women in music determined to build careers on their own terms.
