On Wednesday 7th August 2024 you are invited to attend a special event at Tap Social Movement in Oxford where we celebrate the groundbreaking 'Hip-Hopulation' which is the first ever book in history to interview Hip-Hop artists from across every living continent on the earth.

To celebrate Hip-Hopulation, Special Ethics and Urban Kingdom are putting on the official Hip-Hopulation world tour, with events at the most authentic venues all over the world, from The Bronx and Compton, to India, The Philippines, Stockholm, Amsterdam, London and many more.
At the upcoming Hip-Hopulation tour show at Tap Social Movement in Oxford you are invited down to experience a special soundtrack playlist featuring Hip-Hop artists from around the world that feature in Hip-Hopulation and to share this historic moment with us and people who love supporting the stories of creativity amongst the odds.

Join us from 7pm to celebrate the final month of Hip-Hop's 50th year by bringing in the future with a new book that shines a light on Hip-Hop in a way it has never been viewed before. you will also receive a digital edition of Hip-Hopulation in full (English language, 301 pages) that you can read whenever and wherever you are to feel connected to a world that is huge but small at the same time.

Former Hip-Hop music video director Nick Donnelly (who has directed music videos with Ruff Ryders, Method Man, as well as interview Freddie Gibbs, Ghostface Killah and many more) spent over 20 hours interviewing 15 leading Hip-Hop artists all over the world for Hip-Hopulation about how Hip-Hop changed their life, while living through 50 years of Hip-Hop.

Hip-Hopulation is filled with remarkable stories and unique interviews, such as 25 years old Ez Mil from The Philippines speaking just a week after releasing a record with Eminem;
the only English interview with Brazilian rap superstar BK during his first time in the UK after growing up in the notorious City of God favelas;
Indian Hip-Hop artist Prabh Deep speaking about charting number 1 independently in a country of 1.4 billion people;
Aboriginal Hip-Hop artist Kobie Dee reflecting on his only time leaving Australia to go to England and Europe on tour;
LA based R-Mean speaking on Scott Storch producing his latest album and collaborations with Nas, Method Man and other legends;
Namibian doctor, rap artist and mother Lioness speaks about discovering Hip-Hop in Africa and the differences between the US and Africa;
Jords, the first British Hip-Hop artist to sign to Motown Records speaks about the importance of community from an anti-knife crime charity in his home of Croydon, the region that helped grow the careers of Amy Winehouse, Adele, Stormzy and many more.
